Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assisting clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while always maintaining their privacy, dignity, and comfort
- Mobility Support: Providing assistance with mobility aids, transfers, and positioning to help clients move safely and comfortably.
- Medication Management: Supporting clients with medication reminders, administration, and ensuring compliance with prescribed medication schedules.
- Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as necessary, while considering dietary preferences, restrictions, and nutritional needs.
- Household Tasks: Performing light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying, to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Companionship: Engaging in meaningful interactions, conversations, and activities to provide companionship, alleviate loneliness, and promote social engagement.
- Emotional Support: Offering empathetic and compassionate support to clients and their families, listening to their concerns, and providing reassurance during challenging times.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitoring clients’ health, well-being, and any changes in condition, and promptly reporting concerns or issues to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Join Our Team as an Office Administrator
As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our office to ensure the efficient operation of our domiciliary care services. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling documentation, and assisting with office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules for caregivers, clients, and appointments.
- Coordinate client assessments, consultations, and care planning meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of client documentation, including care plans, contracts, and agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Coordinate with caregivers to ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation, timesheets, and reports.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing tasks.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers, including conducting background checks and maintaining personnel records.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
